The API is good, scalability is ultra-simplified with unlimited warm-up. If you want to send massive volume without breaking the bank and without friction, it's the reference.

What I like less: the UX is raw, it's volume not high-touch, and no native multichannel.

My advice: if you want to scale hard on cold email, it's Instantly. For quality individual outreach, look at Emelia or Lemlist.

Do I really need this?

For someone doing volume cold email, Instantly is almost essential. Unlimited warm-up and aggressive pricing make it the reference tool for scaling.

If you just want to send a few personalized emails, Emelia or Lemlist are enough. For volume, Instantly.

Does it play nice with my stack?

The API is solid — well-documented, reliable, with all necessary endpoints. Integration into n8n or Make is straightforward.

CRM integrations are decent. It's designed to be plugged into an automated stack.

Is it easy to pick up?

Getting started takes a bit of time. The interface isn't the most intuitive, and there are many options to configure. But once mastered, it's efficient.

The learning curve is offset by the documentation and support.

Is the UX any good?

The interface is functional but raw. Not the polish of Lemlist or La Growth Machine. The dashboard is a bit cluttered, navigation not always intuitive.
