However, it's hard to achieve very high volumes (it's made for quality, not spam) and the API could be improved for very technical uses.

What I like less: cost per identity can add up quickly, scaling for volume is limited, and the API could be improved.

My advice: for qualitative multichannel, it's the reference. For pure volume, Instantly is more suitable.

Do I really need this?

For someone doing multichannel seriously, LGM is almost essential. It's the only tool that really handles Email + LinkedIn + Twitter orchestration well.

If you only do cold email, it's not necessary. For multichannel, it's the top.

Does it play nice with my stack?

CRM integrations are decent (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). The API is functional but could be improved for very technical uses.

It's designed to be autonomous, not necessarily as a brick in a larger stack.

Is it easy to pick up?

Getting started takes a bit of time given the richness of features. The builder is intuitive, but creating sophisticated sequences requires thought.

French support is responsive and helps well with onboarding.

Is the UX any good?
