AI Assistant

Claude

The most intelligent AI on the market for complex reasoning and code with Claude Opus 4.5. 200k token context allowing work on massive documents. My number 1 for demanding tasks that require the best possible quality.

Review by a Growth Engineer

My verdict: my number 1, the most 'intelligent' AI on the market.

It's my main AI assistant. Incredibly powerful, it's the most 'intelligent' AI for complex reasoning and code.

However, it's expensive (usage limits are quite strict even when paying). If you want the best possible response quality, it's Claude. Period.

What I like less: strict usage limits even on Pro, and fewer 'gadget' features than ChatGPT (no native image generation, more limited web browsing).

My advice: if you have demanding needs (code, complex reasoning, fine analysis), Claude is indispensable. If ChatGPT is enough for your daily use, keep Claude for critical tasks. Both are complementary.

Why add it to your stack?

Claude is my number 1. When I need the best possible response quality - complex reasoning, code, nuanced analysis - it's Claude I use.

Opus 4.5 is incredibly powerful, probably the most 'intelligent' AI available. The 200k token context allows working on massive documents. Claude Code revolutionizes development. However, it's expensive and usage limits are strict.

What you can do with it

  • 1Solve complex reasoning problems
  • 2Write and debug production-quality code
  • 3Analyze long documents with the 200k token context
  • 4Create visualizations with Artifacts
  • 5Develop with Claude Code (computer use)

What it does

  • Complex and nuanced reasoning
  • High-quality coding
  • 200k token context
  • Artifacts for visualization
  • Projects with knowledge base
  • Claude Code for development

How much?

Starting at Free

Free: limited Claude 3.5 Sonnet. Pro at $20/month: full access to Claude Opus 4.5, priority, more usage. Team at $30/user/month. API charged per usage (more expensive than GPT-4).

The detailed verdict

Do I really need this?

For demanding tasks (complex code, fine reasoning), Claude provides real added value. The code is often cleaner, nuances are better understood.

But 'indispensable' is excessive - ChatGPT does 80% of the job for most cases. Claude is a complement for critical tasks, not a complete replacement for your AI stack.

Does it play nice with my stack?

The Claude API is robust and well-documented. SDKs exist in major languages. Integration with no-code tools (Make, n8n) works.

Less ecosystem than OpenAI (no plugins, no equivalent Custom GPTs), but the fundamentals are there. Claude Code for development is a game-changer.

Is it easy to pick up?

Getting started is immediate, like ChatGPT. You ask a question, you get a high-quality response.

Artifacts require a bit of exploration to get the most out of them. Projects with knowledge base are intuitive. The API is easy to use.

Is the UX any good?

Claude's UX is clean and polished. Artifacts are practical for visualizing code or documents. Projects with knowledge base help organize context.

However, the interface lacks basic features: no folders to organize conversations, limited search, and history quickly becomes a mess. Fewer features than ChatGPT overall.

Is it worth it?

Claude Pro at $20/month gives access to Opus 4.5, but usage limits are frustratingly strict. You quickly hit the daily cap on big projects, and then you have to wait or switch to Sonnet.

The quality is superior for complex reasoning, but the usage/price ratio is worse than ChatGPT. For intensive use, the budget adds up quickly.

What I like

  • Complex reasoning and advanced coding where quality is paramount
  • Nuanced analysis of long documents thanks to the 200k token context
  • Critical tasks requiring the best possible response quality

What I like less

  • Tight budgets as usage limits are strict and the price adds up quickly
  • Image generation as there is no integrated DALL-E equivalent
  • Advanced web browsing where ChatGPT offers more gadget features
