My verdict: the focused tool for LinkedIn writing.

MagicPost does one thing and does it well: help you write LinkedIn posts. Simple, without distractions. It's a good tool, very focused on a single topic (LinkedIn writing) and it does it well.

It's practical for inspiration or structuring posts. I don't personally use it daily, but for those looking for specific help with LinkedIn writing, it's a solid option.

What I like less: the fact that you can do the same thing with ChatGPT and some good prompts. And if you want a complete suite (scheduling, analytics, etc.), Taplio is more comprehensive.

My advice: if you post regularly on LinkedIn and often have writer's block, MagicPost can unblock you. But first try ChatGPT + free templates. If that's not enough, MagicPost is a solid and simple option.

The detailed verdict

Do I really need this?

It's a nice-to-have, not a must-have. You can very well write without it, but it helps when you lack inspiration.

Does it play nice with my stack?

Not really any integrations. It's a standalone tool for writing, not a hub.

Is it easy to pick up?

Very easy to pick up. No learning curve, you're productive immediately.

Is the UX any good?

Simple and focused interface. No superfluous features, straight to the point. That's its strength.

Is it worth it?

The price is fair for what it does. But ask yourself if you really need a dedicated tool or if ChatGPT is sufficient for your use.
