Deliverability

Lemwarm

The warm-up tool from the Lemlist ecosystem that gets the job done solidly and efficiently. Especially interesting if you already use Lemlist for seamless integration. Otherwise Mailreach performs better on pure deliverability.

My verdict: solid but mainly interesting if you're already on Lemlist.

It's a good tool, solid and efficient. But honestly, it's only interesting if you already use Lemlist (because the integration is seamless).

If you're on another tool or looking for standalone, I much prefer Mailreach which performs better on pure deliverability.

What I like less: the value for money in standalone mode, and the dependency on the Lemlist ecosystem to really benefit from it.

My advice: if you're on Lemlist, use Lemwarm for convenience. Otherwise, go with Mailreach.

Why add it to your stack?

Lemwarm gets the job done, it's a solid warm-up tool. But honestly, it's only really interesting if you're already in the Lemlist ecosystem.

For standalone use, I prefer Mailreach which performs better on pure deliverability. The advantage of Lemwarm is the seamless integration with Lemlist.

The detailed verdict

Do I really need this?

Warm-up is essential if you do cold email. But Lemwarm specifically isn't — Mailreach does better standalone.

It's a convenience choice for Lemlist customers, not an absolute must-have.

Does it play nice with my stack?

Integration with Lemlist is perfect — that's the strong point. You enable warm-up, it works with your campaigns without friction.

Outside Lemlist, integration with other tools is standard (connect your SMTP, that's it).

Is it easy to pick up?

Extremely simple. You connect your inbox, enable warm-up, and you're off. No complex configuration.

It's a fire-and-forget tool.

Is the UX any good?

The interface is clean and integrates naturally into the Lemlist ecosystem. The health dashboard is clear, alerts are useful.

It's well designed for Lemlist users.

Is it worth it?

At $29/month per inbox, it's in the market average. Included in some Lemlist plans, which improves the deal. But for standalone, Mailreach offers better value for money.

ROI depends on whether you're already a Lemlist customer or not.

What I like

  • Perfect for Lemlist users who want to stay within the ecosystem
  • Integration with Lemlist campaigns is seamless and frictionless
  • Warm-up is effective for maintaining a good reputation

What I like less

  • Mailreach is better for standalone use outside the Lemlist ecosystem
  • Value for money isn't optimal if you're not a Lemlist customer
  • Ecosystem dependency can be limiting
