My verdict: the perfect integration for Notion users.

Notion Meet centralizes your meeting notes directly in your workspace, preventing information from being scattered. This is the tool I use now, but it has its limits.

It provides a decent meeting summary and the integration is perfect for centralizing knowledge. Unlike other tools where notes end up in a separate dashboard, here everything is directly in your Notion. It's clean and prevents information from being scattered.

What I like less: the features are clearly behind dedicated tools like Fireflies or Gong. No coaching, limited analytics, and the quality of automatic summaries isn't always there. If you don't use Notion, it's absolutely useless to you.

My advice: if you're a Notion user, it's the natural choice for meeting notes. Centralizing information is worth more than advanced features you might not use. If you have specific needs (sales coaching, advanced analytics), look at Gong or Fireflies.

Why add it to your stack?

What you can do with it

  • 1Your meeting notes arrive directly in Notion, not in yet another dashboard
  • 2Connect your meeting reports to your projects, clients, or deals in Notion
  • 3Find any meeting information via Notion search
  • 4Have a searchable history of all your meeting decisions

The detailed verdict

Do I really need this?

Only if you use Notion daily. Otherwise, move on. For sales teams who need coaching or advanced analytics, it's clearly insufficient.

Does it play nice with my stack?

Perfect native integration with Notion, that's the major strong point. However, zero integration with other tools. You're locked into the Notion ecosystem.

Is it easy to pick up?

Nothing to configure if you already use Notion. It's transparent and immediate. Simplicity is a real asset compared to more complex tools to set up.

Is the UX any good?

The integration is smooth and notes appear in your workspace like any Notion page. However, the summary interface is basic compared to dedicated tools like Fireflies or Otter.

Is it worth it?

Included in Notion if you're already subscribed, no additional cost. But if you don't use Notion, it makes no sense to pay just for this. The value for money depends entirely on your Notion usage.

What I like

  • Notion users who want to centralize everything in one place
  • Quality summaries and immediate centralization of meeting notes
  • No information scattered across multiple tools

What I like less

  • If you don't use Notion, this tool is useless
  • Less advanced features than dedicated tools like Fireflies or Gong
  • No coaching or advanced analytics for sales teams
