If you have a lot of leads and want to optimize your funnel, MadKudu can really improve your conversions. But it's reserved for companies with volume.
What I like less: the enterprise pricing that excludes startups. The fact that it's custom/supported (no self-service). And if you don't have enough data, ML can't work miracles.
My advice: MadKudu only makes sense if you have thousands of leads and your sales team doesn't know which ones to prioritize. Before that, manual scoring based on a few criteria (company size, behavior) is enough. When you reach scale, MadKudu becomes a real differentiator.
